Chasing Horizons

  • Use them for lists: Bullet points are ideal for items like shopping lists, notes, or a list of questions.
  • Maintain parallel structure: Ensure all bullet points have a similar format. For example, use complete sentences for all points, or use phrases for all points.
  • Consider punctuation: If bullet points are complete sentences, they should start with a capital letter and end with a full stop. If they are phrases, they may not need ending punctuation.
  • Vary the symbol: While a dot is common, you can use different symbols like squares, diamonds, or even custom glyphs to make your list stand out.
  • Keep it concise: Each bullet point should contain only one short sentence or a few words, especially when the list is meant to be easily scannable.
  • Add introductory text: A bulleted list is typically preceded by an introductory sentence to give context

Hi, I’m Nitisha. I grew up in a world that told me to follow the script, but somewhere along the way I traded the script for a compass. These days, I follow where my feet and heart lead, from sleepy towns to saltwater coves, capturing stories that feel like home even when I’m far from it.
