Hi, I’m Nitisha, the writer, photographer and filmmaker behind Bohemian Footprints.

I travel slowly, photograph thoughtfully, and tell stories that celebrate both people and place. From remote coastlines and mountain trails to bustling markets and protected wilderness, I believe every destination has a story worth understanding.

Bohemian Footprints began as a travel journal, but it has grown into something much larger. Today, it’s a home for travel writing, visual storytelling, conservation, and quiet curiosity. Through articles, photography, films, and field notes, I document not only where I go, but why those places matter.

I believe travel should leave us with more than photographs. It should deepen our understanding of landscapes, cultures, wildlife, and ourselves. Whether I’m diving beneath the ocean, hiking across alpine valleys, or wandering through centuries-old streets before sunrise, my goal remains the same. tTo observe carefully, travel responsibly, and tell honest stories.
